Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new AI agents in collaboration with Product and GTM teams.
- Create intuitive user interfaces with the design team for non-technical users.
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for large enterprise datasets.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project execution to deliver high-quality AI applications.
- Collaborate with co-founders to understand customer needs and improve product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of managing open-ended projects.
- Experience with React, Ruby, Typescript, SQL, AWS, and Rust is preferred.
- Expertise in building AI applications and customer-facing SDKs is a plus.
