Responsibilities
- Build new AI agents from concept to launch in partnership with Product and GTM teams to create enterprise automation opportunities.
- Build user interfaces that make AI intuitive for non-technical end users in collaboration with the design team.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable infrastructure for large enterprise datasets.
- Own end-to-end project execution and deliver high-quality customer-facing AI applications.
- Work directly with co-founders to understand customers and make product decisions that improve user experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience is required.
- Experience with React, Ruby, TypeScript, SQL, AWS, and Rust is preferred.
- Expertise building AI applications and AI agents is preferred.
- Experience building customer-facing SDKs, external APIs, or other developer tools is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, open-ended projects, and a fast-moving environment.
- Candidates should be self-driven, motivated, and able to learn quickly and drive results.
