Base Salary

$190k - $267k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain performant, secure, scalable user-facing product features.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, launch, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Review code, design documents, product specifications, and design mocks while providing constructive feedback.
  • Define standards and recommend practices that improve developer workflows.
  • Coach and mentor engineers on the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience in one or more frontend-focused programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
  • Experience with a frontend web framework such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular, along with CSS experience.
  • Experience with GraphQL, HTTP, Thrift basics, and maintainable API design is a plus.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
