Base Salary
$190k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Contribute to the full development cycle including design, development, and launch.
- Review code and design documents, providing feedback on product specs.
- Set and define standards to improve developer workflows.
- Mentor and coach engineers on the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience in frontend programming languages like Javascript and Typescript.
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, and API design.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
