Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards addressing stability, performance, scalability, security, and business or vendor constraints.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom application architectures.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and multiple stakeholders on key decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and support the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 8 years of ServiceNow experience is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles, scalability, security, and performance optimization is required.
- Experience with integration techniques and APIs is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and architecture best practices is required.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
