Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems or applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to improve team performance.
- Evaluate and implement software development best practices and address challenges during development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Python on Azure, AI Agents and Workflow Integration, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
