Responsibilities
- Build working AI-powered full-stack prototypes from customer use cases in 3–5 days using Aivar’s accelerator platforms and AWS-native tooling.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, streaming responses, authentication, authorization, and external enterprise APIs into rapid MVPs.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML Engineers to convert ambiguous customer problems into technically credible prototypes.
- Write clean, documented, extensible code and build reusable components and patterns for future customer prototypes.
- Participate in architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and ensure prototypes can scale toward production delivery.
- Present working prototypes to customers, explain system behavior and value, and handle live technical questions.
- Implement prompts, LLM evaluations, guardrails, observability, structured logging, and technical documentation for prototype handoff.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of full-stack development experience with the ability to own the API and UI layers.
- Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS, including Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs or GenAI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Bedrock into working applications.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent loops.
- Ability to design REST or GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party and enterprise APIs, and build WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, and streaming architectures.
- Experience with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought patterns, hallucination evaluation, and production-grade LLM guardrails.
- Experience with customer-facing technical storytelling, rapid domain learning, and delivery under ambiguity.
- Strong-plus experience with RAG, vector databases, document intelligence, workflow orchestration, regulated industries, React or Next.js, Docker, CI/CD, multimodal AI, agent memory, observability, event-driven systems, graph databases, serverless architecture, ADRs, and Figma or wireframing.
