Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations modules.
- Own X++ development, extensions, code quality, performance optimization, and upgrade-safe customizations.
- Design and deliver integrations using OData, REST/SOAP APIs, AIF/DMF, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Dual Write.
- Lead data migration strategies and execution using DMF/Data Management Framework.
- Manage security roles, privileges, workflows, batch jobs, performance tuning, and technical governance.
- Develop reusable templates, frameworks, accelerators, and AI-driven workflows using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines, code branches, builds, releases, deployments, and environments across Dev, UAT, and Production.
- Oversee Lifecycle Services and Power Platform Admin Center activities for F&O projects.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead workshops, demonstrations, technical discussions, and stakeholder alignment.
- Estimate and monitor development costs and guide architecture, ALM, integration, data migration, security, and environment strategies.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of demonstrated experience in ERP technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX ERP or CRM technical development.
- Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on at least eight full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, X++, .NET/C#, layered architecture, data entities, and OData/REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
- Experience designing integrations among F&O, Customer Engagement, third-party applications, legacy systems, and Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- Expertise with Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, CI/CD, release management, test plans, and Azure microservices.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Azure tenant and environment management, and integration development.
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio, DMF, data migration tools, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, lifecycle methodologies, Agile practices, performance optimization, security, and compliance.
- Preferred certifications include MB-700, MB-500, and PL-600.
- Experience collaborating with ISVs and IPs and integrating Customer Engagement with F&O using Common Data Services and Dual Write.
