Responsibilities
- Understand customer business scenarios and rapidly build AI application prototypes for validation.
- Iterate prototypes into production-grade Agent systems within customer environments.
- Design AI- and cloud-based architectures and integrate solutions with customer APIs and data systems.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for Agent-system accuracy, safety, latency, and stability.
- Identify reusable application patterns and technical challenges and translate them into product feature requests.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to deploy AI applications and drive adoption and long-term business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- More than 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Vibe Coding with substantial practical real-world application.
- Hands-on experience with AI applications, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent development.
- Experience designing and developing cloud-based architectures, including cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and highly available and scalable systems.
- Preferred: experience developing complex Agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or cloud-provider Agent development SDKs.
- Preferred: experience delivering AI solutions in industries such as education, healthcare, automotive, financial services, or telecommunications.
