Responsibilities
- Triage, monitor, and prioritize the defect database.
- Improve methods of test execution at the initiative-level.
- Continuously provide feedback on content and code being developed.
- Collaborate with different disciplines to push quality upstream.
- Author test plans and oversee the execution of test coverage.
- Work with and collaborate with external QA vendors.
- Use Quality Metrics to escalate major issues.
- Provide visibility on QA progress to the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience.
- Experience designing and executing test plans.
- Experience managing components of a defect database.
- Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback.
- Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
- Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.
- Experience using creative problem solving to improve processes.
