Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, business, IT, and data teams to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and agentic workflows from concept through implementation.
- Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and MVPs using AI-assisted development, low-code tools, and enterprise technologies.
- Build and extend AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Integrate solutions with relevant systems, data, and HR processes.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, AI governance, and EU AI Act requirements.
- Use adoption data, business impact, and user feedback to continuously improve solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, with relevant university project experience also contributing.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, low-code platforms, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development.
- Understanding of HR processes and systems such as workforce administration, recruitment, learning, talent management, payroll, or people analytics.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Confident English communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
