Responsibilities
- Implement Generative AI products using Retrieval Augmented Generation and Large Language Models.
- Deploy advanced Large Language Models for complex business problems.
- Develop new AI use cases with business departments across the Schwarz Group.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for AI systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as a customer-facing engineer.
- Develop simple, sustainable, and value-driven solutions to business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees are required.
- Advanced knowledge of Python is required.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration of applications is required.
- Familiarity with LangGraph or ADK is required.
- Experience building Generative AI applications is required.
- Experience building and maintaining robust data pipelines for AI systems is required.
- Strong product mindset, independent ownership, adaptability, and fluent written and spoken English are required.
- Experience with PydanticAI, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, rapid prototyping, MongoDB, Qdrant, and PostgreSQL is desirable.
