Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government client.
Build and maintain front-end and back-end components following Section 508 and U.S. Web Design Standards.
Work across the full software development lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Agile framework.
Perform code reviews, code scans, and vulnerability remediation using Fortify and Sonatype.
Develop and maintain technical and code documentation.
Support integration with web content management systems and public-facing web portals.
Develop and manage application-level POA&Ms for identified vulnerabilities.
Participate in requirements analysis and UI/UX wireframe design.
Support the sustained availability of mission-critical government applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum five years of full-stack or application development experience.
Proficiency in PHP and experience with RESTful APIs and service integration patterns.
Working knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps methodologies and secure coding practices.
Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements and static analysis tools.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Minimum T3 security clearance is required, with active Secret or TS/SCI and/or the ability to obtain it.
Security+ or DoD 8570 baseline certification is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Fortify, Sonatype, BurpSuite, cloud-hosted development environments, and federal government or DoD application development.

Full-time U.S.-based remote position; Tampa Bay-area candidates are preferred.
Tampa-based employees may have the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule with periodic onsite presence in Tampa, Florida.
Core business hours with on-call availability.
