$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable systems for AI agent configuration.
- Eliminate manual engineering work by creating self-serve functionalities.
- Develop AI-powered tools for non-technical teams to manage workflows.
- Design configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity.
- Build monitoring and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack software products.
- Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into simple interfaces.
- Track record of balancing technical excellence with pragmatic shipping.
- Experience with security-sensitive product systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and scalable systems.
