Base Salary
$184k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and partners on mapping large-scale workloads to NVIDIA hardware and software technologies.
- Co-design scalable architectures with VMware, including technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.
- Design, validate, deploy, and support GPU-accelerated visualization, compute, and AI solutions in virtualized and containerized environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, lead customer engagements, and advocate for customer requirements.
- Enable adoption of NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems for developers and enterprises.
- Identify gaps in VMware requirements and NVIDIA offerings and provide feedback that influences product and engineering priorities.
- Partner with engineering, product, alliance, and ecosystem teams on deployments, joint validation, reference architectures, and roadmap feedback.
- Support vGPU Compute workloads involving AI inference, LLM routing, accelerated data science, and agentic AI.
- Work with VMware/Broadcom, Red Hat, SUSE, Nutanix, and other ecosystem partners on virtualization and workload management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional industry experience in software or hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
- 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in virtualization or virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in vGPU profiles, Multi-Instance GPU, GPU passthrough, VM sizing and density, and hypervisor-based delivery.
- Experience driving product integrations and contributing to software, hardware, platform, systems, or library development.
- Experience designing, validating, and deploying GPU-accelerated visualization, compute, or AI solutions in virtualized and containerized environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, executives, and other technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, customer empathy, and the ability to influence complex product decisions through trusted relationships.
- Experience enabling customers or partners to adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms is preferred.
- Experience integrating container orchestration with VMware Tanzu, Red Hat OpenShift, or Kubernetes, including NVIDIA GPU Operator operations, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Nutanix, Red Hat/OpenShift, Hyper-V, or KVM environments is preferred.
