Responsibilities
- Provide support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.
- Develop and maintain operations-focused coding projects and tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Prepare system and support status reports.
- Own one or more digital products or components.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience or at least 2 years of technical support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience with Unix.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, networks, and operating systems.
