Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered analytics and business solutions using Snowflake Cortex.
- Develop and manage semantic models and semantic views for natural-language querying and governed business metrics.
- Build and optimize Cortex Search solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval and document intelligence.
- Design and configure Cortex Agents to orchestrate structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement Cortex AISQL use cases including summarization, classification, extraction, sentiment analysis, and content generation.
- Develop AI applications using Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowsight, and Python-based frameworks.
- Create scalable data preparation pipelines, data models, and AI-ready datasets.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into AI-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Apply governance, RBAC, security, monitoring, performance-tuning, and cost-optimization practices.
- Test, validate, and continuously improve AI models, agents, and applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex, including Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, Cortex AISQL Functions, and semantic models or semantic views.
- Strong SQL and data-modeling expertise across dimensional, semantic, and analytical models.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, and agent design.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building data or AI applications with Streamlit.
- Understanding of Snowflake administration, RBAC, governance, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
