Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI solutions that convert requirements and user stories into structured test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Develop NLP and sentiment-analysis pipelines for ServiceNow and customer-interaction platforms.
- Build predictive machine learning models for defect analysis and high-risk failure forecasting.
- Create algorithms for test-case deduplication and optimization.
- Prototype self-healing test automation for UI and API changes.
- Automate Azure DevOps workflows including backlog classification, work-item routing, and process triage.
- Build anomaly-detection and log-analysis solutions for Dell Boomi integrations and release pipelines.
- Apply AI and machine learning to security telemetry for vulnerability discovery, prioritization, and remediation recommendations.
- Integrate automated summaries and predictive insights into Tableau dashboards.
- Develop, test, and expose AI microservices and REST APIs for enterprise pipelines.
- Maintain operational efficiency, data-security governance, and engineering quality across AI solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML, NLP, and generative AI to technical or business problems, including relevant internships, capstones, or production projects.
- At least 7 years of overall hands-on IT experience is considered.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM APIs, including GPT, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
- Experience with RAG workflows, prompt engineering, and vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques including embeddings, semantic similarity search, text classification, and entity extraction.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress and applying AI/ML to test automation.
- Experience developing APIs and microservices with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Understanding of SDLC, unit testing, debugging, and Git-based source-code management.
- Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Dell Boomi, Tableau, Copado, application-security analysis, vulnerability-management tools, and MLOps fundamentals.
- Ability to translate ambiguous operational workflows into automated AI-driven solutions.
