Responsibilities
- Evolve MLOps platform components across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Improve tools that accelerate model development, retraining, packaging, and production deployment.
- Strengthen production model operability through serving, monitoring, observability, multi-GPU management, profiling, and benchmarking.
- Support deployment of the AI Factory at customer sites, including constrained environments.
- Monitor technology developments and propose pragmatic improvements to the technical stack, development practices, and engineering culture.
- Share best practices through pair programming, mentoring, and experience feedback.
- Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the team’s working methods.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a Machine Learning Engineer, including at least 2 years working with AI in production.
- Very strong Python skills and knowledge of sound software development practices.
- Good understanding of databases, containerization, and deployment environments.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, observing, or operating models in production.
- Project management ability to frame needs, prioritize technical work, and lead delivery through production.
- Consulting experience is appreciated.
- Ability to communicate and share a technical vision pedagogically with varied audiences, including customers.
- Strong user focus, teamwork, autonomy, and proactivity.
