Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support ICT components, cloud solutions, applications, and Microsoft-based services.
- Act as lead architect for the design, implementation, and operation of Microsoft and cloud-based solutions.
- Perform, coordinate, and improve complex third-level IT service and infrastructure activities.
- Design public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Support migrations of IT infrastructures and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
- Provide consulting and advisory services on IT, cloud, and DevOps architecture.
- Mentor and train colleagues and coordinate activities across technologies and multiple stakeholders.
- Research and adopt technologies, processes, and methods for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, particularly Microsoft, including licensing and best practices.
- Identify process weaknesses and implement cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2–C1 level is mandatory; English at B2–C1 level is preferred.
- Master’s or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, Azure Stack, MS SQL Server, O365, and Dynamics365.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft licensing and solution design in an IT outsourcing environment.
- Knowledge of applications, infrastructure, architecture concepts, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and security.
- Proven experience with cloud computing across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and with DevOps practices.
- Relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or other cloud or DevOps certifications.
- Experience in project management, quality management, and financial literacy.
- Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and training skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a hands-on and team-oriented approach.
- The selected candidate must present an extract from the Criminal Register for inspection only.

- Base salary is negotiable based on seniority and previous experience, with a variable component and other financial benefits; the base salary will not be lower than €2,500 gross.
