Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production Android applications.
- Own features from implementation through delivery, including unit and UI tests.
- Fix bugs, improve existing code, and refactor when needed.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, UX, and delivery teams.
- Review code for quality, test coverage, and readability.
- Support junior developers by setting a strong technical example.
Requirements
- Solid experience building Android applications with Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of MVVM and common Android architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack components, including ViewModel, Room, and Navigation.
- Experience writing unit tests and familiarity with UI tests such as Espresso or Compose testing.
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in client-oriented teams with clear communication and ownership.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, knowledge of Clean Architecture, and experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines are nice to have.
