Responsibilities
- Assess client business and technical requirements and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical visions and guide execution aligned with client objectives.
- Create technical documentation, including statements of work.
- Lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment while ensuring quality and performance.
- Educate and mentor remote teams on solution designs and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of client-facing development experience focused on solution architecture and design.
- Required experience or familiarity with core banking systems.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and/or Ruby.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams during agile development cycles.
- Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Demonstrated interest in using modern AI tools to automate workflows and optimize processes.
- Preferred experience includes contact centers, telephony or VoIP, financial services, healthcare technology, serverless systems, AI, big data, or relevant cloud and solution architecture certifications.
