Responsibilities

Design, plan, operate, and further develop identity and authorization infrastructure.
Develop and maintain workflows in the deployed identity management system, preferably SAP IDM.
Contribute to ID-management processes and advise on product and project requirements.
Document work results and independently analyze and resolve IT incidents and service requests through second-level ticket support.
Identify improvements to internal technical processes to proactively reduce incidents and improve service-request workflows.

Completed university degree in computer science or comparable vocational training.
Advanced knowledge and experience with identity management applications, preferably SAP IDM, including development in these environments.
Experience as a developer or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Java and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and other database technologies.
Basic knowledge of REST API architectures, interface management such as SAP ABAP system integrations, Active Directory, LDAP directory services, HTML5, and CSS.
Team-oriented, analytical, and service-focused working style.
Demonstrable German language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
