
Sr. IAM Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operation, high availability, and resilient performance of enterprise IAM platforms, identity providers, and lifecycle services.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and workflow automation for patching, provisioning, and routine operations.
- Establish and tune metrics, logs, alerting, SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs for proactive issue detection and service-health measurement.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and lead incident resolution and preventive-control implementation.
- Lead change-management risk assessments, deploy identity capabilities, and maintain runbooks and architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to provide transparent, repeatable operations and actionable system-status updates.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating production-grade enterprise infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience implementing telemetry with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Expertise in incident response, structured problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience creating runbooks, SOPs, and system documentation.
