Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operation and performance of enterprise IAM platforms.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Terraform and Ansible.
- Establish and track observability tooling and operational KPIs.
- Lead change management risk assessments and deploy new identity capabilities.
- Create and maintain runbooks and architecture documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and implementing telemetry.
- Expertise in incident response and structured problem management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
