Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Make key decisions for the future of Partnerships systems balancing technical and business concerns.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop user interfaces using React and back-ends in Node & GraphQL with TypeScript.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical complexities.
- Architect scalable solutions that align with business objectives and technical sustainability.
- Own the full lifecycle of Partnerships & Martech technology from planning to ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with Node/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Postgres.
- Production experience with CRMs, analytics platforms, or marketing MMPs.
- Desire to understand the bigger picture of how software benefits users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on observability and performance.
- Ability to model data for clear business performance insights.
- Motivated to understand non-technical workflows to support team needs.
- Eager to grow as an engineer and help others develop their skills.
- Comfortable tackling challenging problems in a growing organization.
