Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives from design to deployment.
- Participate in technical decision-making and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies for engineering excellence.
- Promote service ownership and operational best practices within the engineering organization.
- Encourage a culture of high standards, clean code, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or principal role.
- Experience designing and building distributed systems in cloud-native environments (GCP or AWS).
- Deep expertise in backend technologies like microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Fluency in system design and architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Proven track record of shaping technical direction and enhancing team capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
