Base Salary

$185k - $235k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop production robotics software across perception, control, and autonomy.
Champion QA practices, test coverage, automated testing, and tooling for field reliability.
Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and deployment practices for robotics and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Review code and raise software quality across the robotics engineering team.
Collaborate across perception, controls, embedded, and electrical engineering.
Support regular field tests and range events.

5+ years of robotics software engineering experience with shipped systems.
Strong hands-on production coding experience running on real hardware.
Experience with ROS2 and the judgment to determine when not to use it.
Experience building or operating CI/CD for robotics or hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Track record of ownership for software quality and test discipline.
BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience includes real-time systems, sensor fusion or perception, defense or safety-critical software releases, and robotics or hardware-in-the-loop test automation frameworks.
