Responsibilities

Spearhead technical pre-sales solution campaigns for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Conduct technical discovery of clients' architectures and identify business challenges.
Organize technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
Develop and execute value demonstration plans to secure technical selection.
Become an expert in Klaviyo's data pipelines and integration codebase.
Support product alignment by voicing client needs to product teams.
Train sales team members and clients to ensure a positive Klaviyo experience.

7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in solutions engineering.
5+ years of experience with web development languages and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and e-commerce systems.
Ability to learn and adapt to the evolving technical landscape.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sales-driven mindset with experience in structured qualification and sales methodologies.
