Responsibilities
- Define user story acceptance criteria with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Design risk-based test strategies and comprehensive test suites for functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and integration testing.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate reusable test automation frameworks into CI pipelines.
- Maintain regression and smoke-test suites for nightly builds and development environments.
- Lead system integration testing and oversee User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
- Manage defect lifecycles, test artifacts, and test repositories.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of test automation strategies, risk-based testing, test cases, test plans, and test suites.
- Hands-on manual and automated testing experience for web, mobile, and API services, including cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress, SikuliX, or EggPlant.
- Programming or test scripting experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating automated testing into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
- Understanding of agile testing practices, TDD, BDD, exploratory testing, shift-left testing, Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes-based testing environments.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust is advantageous.
- Application security testing knowledge involving OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SAST, or DAST is advantageous.
- API security testing experience using OAuth or JWT is advantageous.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or Micro Focus ALM, including QC/Sprinter.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- CSTP or CSQA certification is advantageous.
