Base Salary
$89k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs in complex manufacturing organizations.
- Conduct client workshops and business process discovery to define current-state, future-state, and transformation requirements.
- Architect integrated Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
- Lead solution design, configuration strategy, testing, training, change management, data migration, deployment, and post-production support.
- Advise executive stakeholders on supply chain transformation, technology modernization, and operational improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, consultants, and solution architects.
- Design interfaces between Oracle Cloud SCM and surrounding enterprise systems with integration teams.
- Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Support go-to-market strategy, sales pursuits, solution demonstrations, executive briefings, proposals, effort estimation, and Statements of Work.
- Identify client growth opportunities and provide advisory services for ERP assessments, application strategy, vendor evaluations, implementation planning, and program recovery.
Requirements
- Highly experienced in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solution architecture and implementations.
- Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM, including Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
- Experience with complex manufacturing organizations and Aerospace & Defense industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated consulting leadership, delivery experience, enterprise architecture capability, and business development acumen.
- Ability to lead client workshops, executive briefings, solutioning activities, and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with integration, sales, alliance, and global delivery teams.
- Ability to mentor consultants and solution architects and lead teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Base compensation is listed at $98,497-$233,248 for the posted location.
- Paid time off may include 12-25 vacation days depending on employee grade, company holidays, personal days, and sick leave.
