Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise orchestration solutions spanning applications, APIs, data, events, automation platforms, and AI services.
- Design and build AI-first workflows and agentic solutions using large language models, enterprise data, APIs, tools, deterministic logic, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand ambiguous business challenges, rapidly prototype solutions, and productionize successful concepts.
- Build custom services, integration components, connectors, frameworks, templates, and orchestration logic using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Establish technical standards for architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, testing, versioning, deployment, security, and lifecycle management.
- Identify shared orchestration capabilities and architectural improvements that reduce duplicated engineering effort across teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while influencing engineering practices and technology strategy across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise software, integration, automation, or orchestration solutions at scale.
- Demonstrated senior individual-contributor experience owning architecture and technical direction for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep expertise in API-driven integration, including REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, authentication and authorization, JSON payloads, error handling, resiliency, and distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or comparable technologies, with hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, integration, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms and the judgment to determine when custom engineering is needed.
- Hands-on experience integrating large language models or AI services into applications and workflows.
- Understanding of retrieval and grounding, tool and API invocation, structured outputs, workflow-based agents, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Experience designing production systems with appropriate security, observability, reliability, testing, versioning, deployment, and operational controls.
- Ability to decompose ambiguous cross-functional business problems into pragmatic technical architectures and scalable production capabilities.
- Strong architectural judgment, systems thinking, communication skills, and experience influencing teams without direct reporting authority.
- Preferred experience includes agentic AI systems, enterprise AI platforms, LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, model evaluation, AI observability, enterprise automation governance, event-driven architectures, message queues, serverless computing, cloud-native services, RPA, browser automation, internal developer platforms, and enterprise transformation.
- Must be able to reliably attend the workplace on site at least three days per week.
