Base Salary
$233k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove delivery blockers.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment issues and translate field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading code, including Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, enterprise content management, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred: experience orchestrating specialized technical resources for complex builds and solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, developing architectural solutions, and influencing technical or executive stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
