Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation of Luminary AI for each customer.
- Design and configure firm-specific AI outputs to reflect each firm's preferences.
- Define and maintain reusable prompt libraries and implementation patterns.
- Partner with customers to improve AI quality and workflow efficiency.
- Build and manage the AI quality system, including success metrics.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create reusable platform capabilities.
- Support the sales process by demonstrating AI capabilities to prospects.
- Lead post-sale implementation and ongoing optimization of AI configurations.
- Develop implementation playbooks and best practices for AI adoption.
Requirements
- Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Strong technical fluency with LLM APIs and modern AI development patterns.
- Ability to measure AI quality through systematic evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A product mindset with the ability to identify scalable product capabilities.
- Financial services literacy, particularly in wealth transfer and estate planning.
- Strong written communication skills for producing polished AI outputs.
- A builder's mentality with a focus on experimentation and iteration.
