Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and train AI models for robotic manufacturing systems.
- Lead development of simulation-based tools for various AI use cases.
- Own and advance synthetic data generation pipelines using generative AI techniques.
- Develop and deploy multi-modal inspection and health monitoring systems.
- Ensure robust model transfer from simulation to physical robotic cells.
- Optimize and maintain ML models on production robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across ML models, simulation, and hardware.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus 5-8 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of C++ is preferred.
- Deep expertise in machine learning and deep learning with hands-on experience in PyTorch.
- Experience with real robotic manipulators and deploying ML models in real-world environments.
- Experience with simulation environments and physics-based modeling for robotics.
- Strong software engineering skills, including writing clean and maintainable code.
- Ability to diagnose and solve ambiguous, system-level problems.
