Base Salary
$134k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement algorithms for high-DOF robotic systems in manufacturing.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and develop interfaces for high-bandwidth sensor data.
- Create computer vision and perception algorithms for 3D geometry reconstruction.
- Implement motion planning algorithms considering obstacles and dynamics.
- Develop high-performance software packages using GPU programming.
- Stay updated with research in robotics and AI.
- Test and evaluate state-of-the-art algorithms in planning and control.
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external teams.
- Identify and resolve complex software issues through systematic debugging.
- Assist the application team for POCs, FATs, and deployments.
- Travel to client locations for system-level debugging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 4+ years of experience in developing algorithms for planning and control.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for production-level coding.
- Experience with ROS2 and relevant open-source robotics libraries.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ongoing work authorization required.
