Base Salary
$198k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous frontend and platform investments.
- Shape technical direction across the frontend stack through architecture and standards.
- Build and improve shared frontend foundations and customer-facing product surfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product to create scalable solutions.
- Raise the quality bar through strong technical judgment and improvements to developer experience.
- Help shape the effective use of AI in frontend development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a senior frontend engineer.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, modern HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building complex web applications with modern frameworks like React.
- Proven ability to lead large frontend or platform initiatives.
- Strong engineering judgment balancing user experience and operational excellence.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining clear technical direction.
