Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end database operations including backup, recovery, and monitoring.
- Drive database reliability and performance optimization through SQL tuning and workload analysis.
- Implement database security and governance controls such as access management and audit logging.
- Maintain and validate database backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Deliver database migration, scaling, and high availability solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of database management experience.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
- Proficiency in relational, NoSQL, and distributed database architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and other database technologies.
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills and proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
