Base Salary
$119k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, code, maintain, and improve scalable software solutions and web application features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement product requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Write and maintain automated tests and resolve bugs and production issues.
- Improve development processes and tools, including use of AI code-generation tools.
- Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and systems.
- Troubleshoot listing visibility issues and help users resolve them.
- Respond to Right to Know, Right to Access, and Right to Delete requests.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when required, potentially including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Go, or PHP.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with backend technologies including Node.js, Go, and PHP.
- Experience with or willingness to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Experience with AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and independent-working abilities.
