Responsibilities

Audit workflows across portfolio companies and identify automation opportunities.
Interview stakeholders, map processes, and diagnose root causes before implementation.
Translate manual processes into reliable automated systems using AI, no-code tools, or custom code.
Build and deploy automations across operations, sales, customer support, reporting, and internal tooling.
Own scoping, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating on automation solutions.
Work with company leadership to prioritize initiatives and communicate return on investment.
Operate across multiple portfolio companies and develop a repeatable automation playbook.

Proven experience automating real business workflows that shipped and were adopted.
Fluency with Make, Zapier, n8n, custom code, and AI agents, including selecting the appropriate approach.
Strong technical foundation sufficient to build production-quality solutions.
Strong problem-framing skills and ability to investigate ambiguous business problems.
Comfort working with ambiguity and moving quickly as a self-starter.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions, rationale, and business value to non-technical leadership.
