Responsibilities
- Build web applications at scale and provide elegant solutions to complex customer problems.
- Collaborate with full-stack developers and multiple engineering teams across diverse projects.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback within and beyond the immediate team.
- Diagnose, understand, and solve problems that span multiple areas of the organization.
- Mentor colleagues while continuing to learn and improve technical craft.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of software development experience building large-scale web applications with Python.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively with distributed teams and customers.
- Demonstrated success mentoring software developers, particularly in Agile environments and large-scale SaaS products.
- Broad technical knowledge for solving complex engineering problems.
- Clear communication skills and ability to build high-trust relationships.
- Interest in improving software development craft through AI.
- Experience building backend services for machine learning applications is preferred.
