Responsibilities
- Participate in business and technology transformation projects at various stages.
- Identify project scope and define clear requirements.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
- Coordinate solution implementation and support change management efforts.
- Apply functional, industry, or domain expertise to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in COBOL.
- Advanced proficiency in Core Banking.
- A minimum of one year of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Advanced proficiency in DB2 SQL is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA is preferred.
- Intermediate understanding of the software development lifecycle is preferred.
- Intermediate problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are preferred.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are preferred.
