Responsibilities
- Shape and grow Avanade’s Agentic AI community through best practices, architectural patterns, standards, reusable assets, thought leadership, and internal enablement.
- Lead client solution shaping, requirements definition, and end-to-end architecture for complex agentic AI solutions from concept through production.
- Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, build, integration, and deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Lead large, complex AI programs involving multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and support pre-sales activities, proposals, and technical bids.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers and help develop the organization’s agentic AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Deep technical expertise designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large, complex AI solutions.
- Strong experience working directly with clients to shape requirements and manage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent Azure-based AI platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform integration patterns is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
- Experience developing architects and senior engineers is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform are desirable.
