Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand technical and functional requirements for Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud-detection solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Financial Services and position detection solutions for banking applications.
- Explain features and benefits of NICE Actimize solutions compared to competitors.
- Assist in creating customized presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements with clients and internal teams.
- Complete RFI/RFPs and ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer or in a client-facing role in the financial services industry.
- BS degree in finance, computer science, statistics, business, or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of new technologies.
- Proven track record of driving business success through presales activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating compelling solution demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 40%+.
