Base Salary
$230k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality Android features that improve activation, conversion, and retention.
- Own end-to-end development of growth initiatives from technical design through launch and iteration.
- Develop subscription experiences including paywalls, upgrade prompts, and purchase flows.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to define hypotheses and run experiments.
- Use user insights to continuously improve the paid user experience.
- Contribute to the evolution of Android architecture, tooling, and engineering standards.
- Maintain a fast, reliable, and delightful mobile experience for users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful Android experience.
- Track record of shipping and maintaining consumer-facing Android features at scale.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience integrating backend APIs and building robust client-side architectures.
- Comfort in fast-moving, collaborative environments with product ambiguity.
- Strong product quality, craftsmanship, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
