Responsibilities
- Analyze business and data requirements and design Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Design XDM schemas, datasets, mappings, and batch or streaming data ingestion pipelines.
- Configure Real-Time CDP audience segments, merge policies, identity graphs, and destinations.
- Design and configure Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, triggers, conditions, actions, personalization, and campaign configurations.
- Develop AEP API integrations and optimize Query Service SQL workloads.
- Validate AI-generated configurations, code, data models, segment logic, and journey logic before production use.
- Develop AEP-specific prompt engineering patterns and contribute them to shared team libraries.
- Implement data quality rules, consent management configurations, and data governance policies.
- Monitor AEP pipelines, ingestion jobs, and journey executions and troubleshoot failures and performance issues.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Analytics and support data migration, cloud connectivity, and enterprise data platform design.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated, with 4+ years of commercial Adobe Experience Platform development experience required in the additional information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schema design, dataset management, identity resolution, Real-Time CDP, ingestion, segmentation, AJO, Query Service, and AEP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer in a delivery context.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude for AI-assisted AEP development and validating AI-generated outputs.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, including token, latency, and cost considerations.
- Familiarity with AEP data governance, consent management, DULE policies, Customer AI, Attribution AI, and AEP Destinations.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript; Python experience is a plus.
- Awareness of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and agentic system concepts.
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics integration, AEP data migration, CDP architecture, and enterprise data platforms.
