Responsibilities
- Lead client requirement sessions, data architecture, XDM schema design, identity resolution strategies, and enterprise AEP solution specifications.
- Design and configure Real-Time CDP audiences, merge policies, identity graphs, activation workflows, and Adobe Journey Optimizer customer journeys.
- Deliver AEP API integrations, RESTful integration patterns, complex Query Service SQL workloads, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Create AEP-specific prompt libraries and team standards for AI-assisted schema generation, segment queries, journey logic, API integration, code review, and quality assurance.
- Own data governance, consent management, DULE policy enforcement, data quality analysis, pipeline monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Lead and mentor AEP engineers while owning sprint velocity, delivery milestones, quality standards, and reusable accelerators.
- Conduct client-facing technical design sessions, data workshops, solution walkthroughs, and reporting on AI productivity and quality KPIs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the AEP workstream.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is required, including at least five years of production AEP development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field, along with a 15-year full-time education background.
- At least one year of hands-on AI-assisted development experience in a production AEP delivery context.
- Deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise across XDM, datasets, identity resolution, Real-Time CDP, ingestion, pipelines, segmentation, destinations, governance, and privacy.
- Production experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP Query Service, AEP APIs, RESTful integrations, Adobe Analytics migration, and enterprise MarTech or CDP architectures.
- Experience leading teams or serving as a senior individual contributor with delivery accountability while remaining hands-on.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, LLM API integration, agentic orchestration, and RAG pipeline fundamentals.
- Strong SQL, JavaScript, and Python skills, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform infrastructure.
- Experience with Customer AI, Attribution AI, AEP Intelligent Services, and data activation to advertising, analytics, and marketing platforms.
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams and running sprint ceremonies.
