Responsibilities
- Develop, design, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions using SAP ABAP for SAP HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.
- Integrate SAP modules and work with database technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team execution, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including custom-code development and optimization for SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.
- Competence in SAP module integration and database technologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
