Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Tailwind.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement accessible and effective user interfaces based on design principles and Human-Centered Design.
- Build reusable React components and front-end libraries, including cards, dynamic forms, and drag-and-drop functionality.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Lead user testing and analysis sessions and maintain design standards and UX frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, coaching, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and support modern build, version-control, and delivery pipelines.
- Apply security and compliance best practices and help develop or migrate software and IT services to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, UI/UX Design, or a relevant computer-based major.
- 10+ years of experience developing IT solutions and cloud infrastructures, including experience with software engineering, architecture, security, and cloud migration.
- At least seven years of experience with React and JavaScript and at least seven years of UX design experience.
- Experience with TypeScript, data structures and algorithms, CSS, Tailwind, component-based React architecture, event-driven architecture, and microservice frameworks.
- Expertise in dynamic form building, intuitive UX design, cards, drag-and-drop functionality, UX frameworks, templates, and design standards.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API, front-end build pipelines, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development using DevSecOps principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, organizational, leadership, project management, and meeting-facilitation skills.
- Experience with wireframes, prototypes, server-side Node.js, NPM packages, Next.js, JavaScript unit testing, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud certifications is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise and relevant projects, along with experience working with customer stakeholders and producing quality technical deliverables.
