Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize software performance and manage integrations and data flows between systems.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in the relevant SAP solution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and modern software frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance in complex environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between systems.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
