Responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled features using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio/Azure AI Foundry, Prompt Flow, and Python.
- Implement chat, summarization, content extraction, insights, and workflow automation use cases.
- Build and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through backend services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Core and .NET.
- Apply RAG patterns using enterprise documents, databases, APIs, and other data sources.
- Prepare and preprocess structured and unstructured data for AI consumption.
- Design, test, and refine prompts and AI workflows, and validate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and responsible usage.
- Integrate AI features into web applications and business workflows while meeting security, scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and functional leads; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; document technical work; and support production issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of application development experience with exposure to AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and generative AI workflows, including data preprocessing, experimentation, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based platforms or AI services such as Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience building and integrating backend services and APIs.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, authentication, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience embedding AI capabilities into enterprise web applications rather than only standalone notebooks or proofs of concept.
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience implementing RAG solutions using enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, documents, and databases is preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Search, vector search concepts, Power Platform, SQL, enterprise data integration, AI governance, security, or responsible AI is preferred.
- AI- or Azure-related certifications and prior experience supporting AI features in production environments are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, independent-work, delivery, and production-support abilities.
