Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive technical advisor to customer CIOs and CTOs.
- Own the long-term customer architecture and automation strategy.
- Lead discussions on platform adoption and technology investment decisions.
- Act as the single point of accountability for post-sales technical strategy.
- Shape customers' AI and agentic automation journeys.
- Advise on the design and adoption of agent-based workflows.
- Partner with executives to define enterprise MCP strategies.
- Drive software expansion and renewal confidence through strategic advisory.
- Identify multi-year expansion opportunities tied to automation.
- Lead high-impact professional services engagements.
- Define and enforce architecture principles across customer implementations.
- Contribute to the evolution of architecture frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 20+ years of technology transformation consulting experience.
- 15+ years in an Enterprise Architect or similar senior architecture role.
- Experience advising C-level executives on technology strategy.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and governance.
- Proven track record of driving platform expansion through professional services.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in complex environments.
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50%.
