Base Salary
$156k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms with strong data integrity, regulatory compliance, and resilience against AI threats.
- Establish an enterprise AI vetting framework and drive related cultural and policy changes.
- Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain enterprise security posture through high-quality code and infrastructure management via infrastructure as code.
- Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on the evolving AI security landscape.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.
- At least 2 years leading teams in a technical or staff engineering capacity at an enterprise.
- Expertise in AWS or GCP cloud security and Kubernetes container security.
- Proven experience designing and deploying complex security systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Preferred experience building, deploying, and reviewing automation for complex security workflows using AI-driven and traditional automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
